Maintenance includes checking:

  • The functioning of the cash register blocks according to internal tests
  • Real-time accuracy, taking into account time zones
  • All reports of possible malfunctions in the operation of the MCT
  • As well as analysis of information exchange protocols
  • And cleaning the printer mechanism from dust

Alex S&E LTD is the main service center. And also has the authority to accredit other organizations for the right to perform work with the cash terminal.

It is important to consider:

When performing scheduled maintenance, require making notes about the work performed in the appropriate section of the passport. If there are no marks, you may receive a refusal of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Maintenance and repair of the terminal not in an authorized center, as well as late receipt of services may limit the warranty obligations of both the manufacturer and the service center.

The recommended period of scheduled maintenance is 6 months.
